Individual and Community Water & Sewer Program/Indian Health Service (IHS)

The purpose of the IHS Individual and Community Water & Sewer Program is to assist Red Cliff tribal members through the application process regarding water and sanitation services. Individual service includes living in an area where community water/sewer lines are not available. Community service includes living in a populated area where water/sewer lines are available.

*This program is not designed to fix problems related to having community water & sewer connections*
Services offered:

One time installation of water and sewer utilities
Funding for Indian Health Service (IHS) sanitation construction, pending completed application requirements

Criteria:

Complete application
Must have met with Tribal Planner regarding IHS funding for sanitation construction
Structural requirements met such as electricity, plumbing and foundation
