Division of Family Services

Coordinated Services Team (CST)

This team assists families and children/adolescents who have multiple needs which may be related to mental health, alcohol, drug abuse, child protection, juvenile justice or special education. The families create the teams that will be most helpful to them. This personal tailoring allows for the families strengths to assist them in finding their own solutions in the least restrictive way possible.

Services offered:

Identify issues and coordinate resources that may be available to families
Develop a plan of care and the steps needed to complete goals
Involve service providers, family members, school representatives and other community resources, as needed

Criteria:

Enrolled member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa
Reside on the Reservation or in the Bayfield County service area
Currently involved in other programs with multiple needs
