Community Health Transportation

The Red Cliff Community Health Center provides limited transportation to and from the clinic and in the immediate area, not to exceed a fifty-mile radius. Transports are only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. When the tribal offices are closed due to inclement weather or natural disaster, all transports for that day will be canceled as well.

Services offered:

Transportation to and from medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8a-4p), no accommodation for wheel-bound patients
Transports to Duluth need pre-approval with a 48 hour notice due to travel time and availability, Duluth appts must be between 10:00am-2:00pm

Health related appointment at the Red Cliff Community Health Center

Pre-approved for Contract Health benefits
