Program Description:
The TANF Resource Center is located in the lower lever of the Tribal Office Building.

The Resource Center has a play area for children. Parents are not to leave children unaccompanied in the area.

There is a job board displaying Red Cliff job postings and job posting for other areas. Current rules, regulations and consumer rights are posted.

The Resource Center has computer workstations that are available during hours posted below..

Hours for computer usage:

Monday through Friday
8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

The computers are to be used only for educational and work related purposes. The computer work areas are equipped with a color printer.

"How To" books, pens, paper, etc.

The Resource Center has books on how to interview, build a resume as well as different research material. We have recently collaborated with NWCEP in developing a program with internet classes for those who qualify. E-training (the Internet classes) has courses equivalent to some college courses and has a course for preparation for SATs to prepare those who are looking to expand their education to improve their skill and employability.
