Program Description:
TINA is a federal grant designed to assist tribes in setting up collaborations between TANF and ICW programs. The Red Cliff program calls for a case manager to work with TANF and ICW to identify families in need of support services. The support services are provided by in-home aides who work with families to establish structure and support.
