Human services is a merger between economic support programs (Social Services), Family Services Programs, and grants that provide supportive services to families and to programs.

The mission of Human Services is to improve coordination and collaboration between Human Services Programs, other Red Cliff programs, Area, County, State, and Federal Agencies to improve the delivery of services to Red Cliff Members.

Economic Support programs include

• Medicaid Eligibility (Badger Care, Healthy Start, QMB, EDB (Elderly, Disabled, and Blind)
• Medicaid Transportation Program
• FSET (Food Share Employment and Training)
• TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families)
• General Assistance
• WHEAP (Energy Assistance)
• Emergency Transitional Housing
• Economic Support Resource Center

Family Services programs include

• Domestic Violence Program
• Indian Child Welfare Program
• Kinship Care
• Respite
• Sexual Assult Services Program
• Youth Center Programs

Grants

• TANF-ICW (TINA)
• ICW Supportive Services
• Coordinated Services Team (CST)
• Child Protection Team (CPT)
