Emergency Shelter/Transitional Housing

Program Description:
The Program offers emergency services to homeless families and individuals who do not have a fixed residence; priority is given to families with children. Programs goal is to provide temporary housing for families without permanent housing and to provide them with social services that will assist them to secure and maintain permanent housing.

Eligibility:
You maybe eligible for services if you receive help through one other social service program in the last month, other social services programs include but one not limited to TANF, Food Stamps, Medicaid, Child Care, Energy Assistance, General Assistance, etc.
